How we work

Translations:
English to German, or German to English. Contact Angela Ladd by phone to confirm availability and competence. If the subject matter is outside Angela’s expertise, she will be happy to suggest alternative specialist translators. Documents can be mailed or emailed. Turn-around for one or two pages is normally within an hour.

Business support:

• Language tutorials are available on an individual or small group basis, at any agreed location. Materials used are a combination of an agreed text book, handouts and real-life documents.  
• Cultural awareness is built into language tutorials, whether these are short survival courses or longer-term with full examination objectives.
• Sales and marketing document translations also incorporate aspects of business/cultural awareness.
• Market research scope is agreed individually and may range from basic phone calls through to the complete reports, providing full details on all contacts.
• Full scale export reviews are also available, covering communication solutions, avoidance of cultural barriers, exhibition attendance and website effectiveness.  

Angela Ladd German Translations carries full indemnity insurance in the value of £250,000. All work is charged at an hourly basis and invoiced monthly.
